Lm002

I do not want to commit a sin on this site - but what do you, the more mechanically inclined than myself, think about the Lamborghini LM002? It looks massive and has an extremely aggressive stance. Is it a piece of garbage or is it a beauty? I see many speaking of Land Cruisers and RR on these forums so I figured I wasn't too out of line for bringing up this vehicle. If anyone has first hand experience or have known of anyone who has had one please post. Or I would like to hear general opinions about this truck too. No harm meant or disrespect to the G as I am a huge fan as well but came across these pic's and just had to comment...

Thumbs up I always loved the LM

Problem is that the current model is getting long in the tooth and I have my fingers crossed that Lambo brings it back where the design is true to the original but updated with newer electrics, engine, etc. and not some parts bin special (aka Touareg, Audi).

Its a kick a** SUV :-)

The LM has/had nothing to do with the G. Completely unrelated vehicles. I own an LM and have driven several others. Nothing like anything you've ever driven before. Do not consider it if you're looking for a daily driver. Takes entirely to much work to drive, and entirely too much $$ for gas. What else do you want to know?

And I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Lamborghini does not update the design. This should remain the only SUV that Lamborghini ever produces.

Yeah, I knew obviously they were completely different. Just a blast from the past when I saw the pic. Classic look but I would be concerned with parts and anyone knowing how to work on them .Thanks for the feedback!

The LM002 has always been one of favorite MUST get cars.

I have spent a little time with one and I think that it would be OK to use daily...but the gas bill is huge.

The few days that I drove one were very memorable. I think that I got more looks in the LM, than I got in the F40. That might have been because I had my Newfoundland dogs in the back. Great car!

G55 over LM002 any day! need a gas station following you and a really good full-time mechanic...

I meant spiritual successor, ther are not other box shape off road oriented vehicles with such crazy performance numbers and unique driving feel.
