How to get rid of ESP
Turning it off with the button would be best - but obviously as soon as you hit more than 30mph it goes back on.
actually found the dyno mode. I am actually hoping to find a more permanent solution. I like to spontanously be able to hang out the rear a bit - going thru all those steps to enter dyno mode would be a complete buzzkill. Also I do like ABS, but it wouldn't be the end of the day to live without it.
Ultimately I would hope that the ESP off does what is says; and stays completely off as long as it is de-activated by this button. Should be a simple software hack...if you have access to ESP software. Wonder if it could be addressed while doing an ECU tune ?

But I would love to speak to one of those AMG engineers how worked on setting up the G55 to see how high/low the threshold is for the G is, to become in danger of lifting it's inner two tires...
Smoky drifts in a G55 would be MUCH more exciting
, smoky drifts on E55 are possible? Thought they are also castrated by same silly ESP and on top don't have an LSD.For anyone else looking to turn off the ESP - I found a mod in another forum (p3) to the differential cables where you can make a very easy and simple on/off button for ESP and as well for the ABS - individually.

As of right now, we can get you more power and reduce its influence, but it remains in the background.
