yes it is porcelain. And you're absolutely right, it simply wipes clean! I remember when I was in the US I was planning on ordering an ML55 (at that time) and the choices of colors for both interior and exterior were very limited, as was the choice for many other MB cars. Having the option of special ordering a car in any color you desire is very appealing.

Seems MB names something 'designo' and limits you to 2 options here in the US and charges through the nose.

Yup...Scuderia...didnt last long though. Dealer messed up my order, got several options/stripes color wrong, ended up flipping it at a nice margin.

Picked this up last month!
I traded in my black 08 G55 for this 09 I special ordered back in June. I was told that this is the first G55 in Mystic White that has rolled out of the plant in Graz.
This color was launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show back in September 07.

Thanks transferred... GT2 just arrived about a week ago, but I havent decided on whether to go ahead with it or not. New spy pics of the upcoming GT3RS are giving me second thoughts about going ahead with the GT2.

Some great deals out there man, Picked up 3 and you won't believe at what prices:
1) ROO Navy Blue Dial Titanium on Langkawi Hornback with titanium deployant
2) RO New York La Boutique PVD
3) Jules Audemars Grande et Petite Sonnerie
Spoke with Nazir at AP Salhiya and he said they never got a Grand et Petite Sonnerie in Kuwait since 1978....I found that shocking
I mean our collectors here are pretty savvy anyhoo I'm very pleased overall
