Designo Magno Platinum Matte
I am looking to sell my 2010 black G55 for a 2011 G55 in a matte exterior paint finish (that's not black). 9 out of 10 G-class vehicles in my area are black. I find it boring.
I was considering the Magno Night Black Matte which I saw on the SL550 in real life and loved but it's still black. Also love the Edition 79 paint but being restricted to the Middle East, it's not possible. I just saw on cars.com that there is one in Designo Magno Platinum Matte.
Wondering if anyone has seen/experienced that color first hand? Is it basically a matte iridium silver?
Came across the following 2 pictures of the talked color (which I think Jimmy had shown in another thread a while back). How does it compared with the Designo Magno Alanitegray?

When looking at various colors on the G55 recently I saw one in person and thought it was pretty good looking. I ended up getting designio graphite as I thought I might get sick of a matte finish after a while but that is a personal choice. I think both grys, flint and graphite as well as standard silver all look great on the g55 are are a little different than standard blk.

looks similar to the magno platinum matte I saw in the US how different are they ? in any event looks good in the video. I myself am debating palladium silver vs iridium silver on the g55....(was going to get graphite but having second thoughts after I saw it in person much darker than I thought prefer something easier to keep clean)

The video makes you become unsure of the colour, I wasn't sure it was just a guess. Alanite versus platinum is like a mild difference.
Go to the mercedes dealer and compare to paint shades next to each other, they offer Alanite on the SLS.

this looks the same as the one HovyAMG posted? I guess I'll need to see them in person to tell the difference, but they both look awesome.
