Anything new on G63 orders for the US?

Seems most "big" dealers I've contacted have a few custom orders, 1-3 open orders, and 1-3 unsold stock cars in the queue for production with arrival for late July-early August.
One thing I've yet to nail down - do all G63 come with the quilted interior or just launch vehicles or just the first batch of production or what??????? Any help is much appreciated.
