I need to know if the G63 will be taller or shorter than the current G55 because I am ordering a 4 post lift for the garage. Does anyone have the firm number? I believe the outgoing G55 was 76" tall.

I've attached the dimensions in millimetres of the 2013 G-Class.

Thank you - it seems the G has grown .8" since 2011.

I would think the decrease in sidewall would keep the overall diameter the same. Maybe not.Originally Posted by absent

With the height like 2M, it is challenge for many public car park.
Hoping with such high price tag on G63/65, they should have electronic adj height similar to Porsche Cayenne then it would makes G much urban friendly
Honestly, sometime i found the G is not so practical for the urban life style.

It's not meant to be urban friendly. Those height adjustable suspensions aren't as durable or easy to repair off-road.
