Hey guys, selling my brand new never installed Brabus G55 exhaust. After I ordered the exhaust Sandy hit NY and my car was unfortunately totalled. AI Design powder coated the tips black and Brabus wouldn't accept the exhaust back because of this. So I am left with it. Willing to let it go for $2500, MSRP is ~3500 so I think its a reasonable deal for a brand new product. Exhaust is boxed up and ready to go, shipping included.

Is this the brabus valve exhaust?

 

No valve. Exhaust is for G55 Kompressor

 

If you look at brabus price list and catalog, they only have one type of exhaust for the G55 Kompressor, which is a valve exhaust i.e has a button for loud and normal sound. They don't have a conventional exhaust for a G55 Kompressor. Do you have the part number?

* Maybe before the launch the valve exhaust for the G55 in 2012, they had a conventional exhaust in 2011. But since you said its brand new, i assume it was bought in 2012

 

Yes bought in 2012 but no valve, no button on steering wheel. I attached a pic of the brabus catalog that describes what it is.

 

.....one of the best features of the G55 is the stock exhaust both in sound and performance. Changing the headers are one thing, but I don't know anyone that has actually opted to change their G55 exhaust. It's hard to see the advantage. What will one be gaining by replacing their stick G55 eshaust with the one you are selling. I am not trying to hurt your sale, I'm actually introducing an opportunity for you to sell it by telling what it's advantage would be.
