I just noticed looking in the rearview mirror that the spare on my 2014 G63 reads Dunlop.
I am not sure which model it it but I presume its the one you refer to.
Strange its a mismatch.

No. I have 20 inch black matte Yokohama Advance ST (stock G63 tires from MB). The spare is Dunlop. My G550 has the same spare as the rest of the wheels/ tires. G63 is 2014 and G550 is 2013.

sorry for not being clear enough, i mean the rims & not the tires
although not really sure myself, i've heard at some point the old G55 used to have G500 spare tire (both rim & tire). being different in the model and width of the rim, different tire size as well
