I just replaced my steering wheel on my G55 2005 with a carbon fiber wheel .It was reasonable and i bought it from Fa cardesign in Germany
and it looks rad.
It is thicker and nicer looking. The airbag and other controls all work well.
The only negative was that I lost the heating option.
Oh well.

The seller uses OEM parts that he wraps in carbon Fiber.
Can do the entire interior wood trim.
I just did and waiting for it to arrive much cheaper than here in the states
