2002 G55 AMG
2002 G55 Sunroof acting up
Hello all,
I am looking forward to be part of this forum. Just recently bought a G55 and the sunroof is having some issues. Don't know if off tracks or the gear is missing some teeth or motor is on its last leg. If anyone has had the same problem before or if anyone knows what it is. I attached a link of the sunroof in action. If you know any places to get some used parts for the sunroof. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

It’s not the motor, it’s the cable that’s in the driver side rear plastic panel that’s come loose from it sleeve. Remove the panel and you’ll see the cable there.

That is amazing and probably save me lots of money. Has this happen to you before and fixed it yourself? Much appreciated
