My 2013 G63 is singing !! PLEASE READ

All of a sudden my car is making this loud intermittent chirping/ slight squealing sound. I just got the full trans and oil service done by a reputable European place that does all high end cars.
One thing to note - my friend started the car while I was away and said some oil leaked out onto the floor. (It’s been sitting for the last few months but car is running fine, No lights on either)

It makes the sound at idle and when moving. Sounds like it’s coming from the lower passenger side of the trans or motor.

I’ve read about over filling oil which can put a strain on crankshaft seal which can push fwd and rub on c shaft pulley? The obvious thought is a bad pulley or bearing but the sound is coming from the bottom rear of motor or front of trans. I attached a video.

thank you in advance !!!!!!

hope this doesn’t break the bank 🤦🏻‍♂️🙏🏻

The chirping or squealing noise you're experiencing with your G63 might be due to a few potential issues. Given the location of the sound, it could stem from overfilled engine oil, leading to pressure on the crankshaft seal, which might cause it to rub against the crankshaft pulley. Another possibility is a worn-out serpentine belt or a failing belt tensioner, which could produce squealing sounds. It's also worth checking the idler pulleys or any nearby bearings, as these components might have developed wear or alignment issues over time, especially after the recent servicing. Considering the recent oil leak, there might be residual oil affecting the belts or connecting components in that area.

Thank you for the info Jimyj! i will check the oil today and I hope that's the issue... Did you hear the noise? like nothing I have ever heard before. Do you know where the oil overflow would be coming from?
