Buying an '82 500 SEC - advice needed

Hi! I'm looking at buying a 500 SEC in Australia. As a kid, one of my neighbours had one, and I love the look and style of the W126 (not to mention the quality).

I know obvious things to look out for are rust anywhere near the rear screen, air con, seat belt retractors and electrics - are there any other problem areas/ things that are eye-wateringly expensive to fix?

I've been looking at a fairly tidy 82 SEC with some history. Only thing is that it has been converted from LHD to RHD. I'm told this was done professionally with new dash from MB. Is it possible to swap LHD to RHD without cutting/welding? In other words, the car has been converted - can it be converted back to LHD relatively easily?

Thanks!
