YMRAVL

I have a 73 280C that is stuck in park. Vehicle has been sitting all winter (shame on me) and when we tried to start it the carburators were not getting gas.So was going to have it towed to a mechanic to start. Problem is the car seems to be stuck in gear. The shifter moves between gears but in neutral the car won't budge. Not an inch. Emergency brake was not on over the winter and the transmission worked fine when it was put up. Can't get it on a flatbed because the car won't move.
Any ideas as to the problem and fix?
