Hello i have a problem no power stering weel is bad or broken after inspection i found there is no power on socket after car running, when i share 12vdc to the valve all is working , so the case in in the instalation or fuses , can any one help to diagnose where can be the problem ?

Check the fuses first. Look for the fuse that powers the power steering system in your main fuse box.
If the fuse is good, the problem is likely a broken wire or a faulty connection between the fuse box and the valve. Since you can make it work with an external 12v, the valve itself is fine. You need to trace the wiring back from the valve to find the break or bad connection.
