Question JD Power surveys

Just received the JD Power and assoc. survey in the mail for the cls55 I bought last month. Taking forever to fill out. Hey... they did give me a $1 This might be the first time I have taken the time to fill one out. Half way thru and I'm about done with it.
Think it is that important?? Anyone else take the time to fill them out?

Yes, do them as honest as you can, but don't get stuck on stupid small issues

I wish I had received it last week. I had not had one problem with the car. (1400 mi.). But now.... I have the same sensor issue everyone else seems to have had or be having... and then today the distronic said "drive to dealer" Not working, and I do use it, a lot.

mb isn't going to be happy with an honest survey...

I would defiantly email them your actions on JD via their website.. they need to know that these are REAL problems and not just cup holders that they're having.

I LOVE THE CAR. Everyone seems to have the same sensor problem that the dealers are replacing.
