Yes, and 2000/2001 take note as well. Too bad the settlement won't be finally ruled on until Nov. 25th , according to this article. I almost can't believe it. class action settlements rarely ever produce significant value except for the lawyers.

 

........does anyone have more info about this? Specifically, since MB dealers did not start using synthetic oil until march 2001....does the settlement include 200 and 2001 MB vehicles?
