how did that happen? Did he go sideways into that telephone pole or something?

I guess so. I also wonder what the speed was. Those police Fords are tough cars, not easy to rip apart.

I thought those poles were supposed to break away on impact.

Notice the front section of the car is well behind the rear section. I am assuming the car was travelling from left to right in the picture, although it is hard to be certain. The rear section appears to be merely resting against the pole. I think the car may have hit something well before the pole. If the police car was going really fast (likely, based on the pictures), the remnants of the car probably skidded a long way before coming to rest.

wow i doubt he hit the pole on impact. with the car split in half, it must have gone in great speed. there is no way the pole (metal or wood) could withstand that excessive speed on impact... unless of course the car has been welded together from past collision??

From what I gather, he think's he is a demigod because of his ML63. IN other words, he's kinda dense.

a toy
Those Clown Vics are not particularly strong and are not exactly known for their safety. They tear apart in extreme collisions and burst in flames when rear ended at high speed.

Ever wonder why you never see a Ford Clown Vic / Lincoln Clown Car on hydraulics? That's because the frame cracks when they bounce them.

Yes, It is nice that I have an SUV that will smoke your C55 Sports Sedan by a lot. But, I've had my fair share of run-ins with the law, and after my personal experiences, I say **** The Police until I die.

Please do entertain me, what have cops done to you that make you resent them so much?

At least my Benz isn't made in America!
Actually, I really do like the Ml63. Sure it's fast, but it certainly does not entitle you to bash other people's cars (as I've seen you do).

Also, I would love to run with a ML63. So if you wanted to come up here to chilly Chicago, I'd be willing.

I'd say it's about time we closed this thread before it turns into something ugly.

I agree. The police are necessary to control all the other a**holes on the road.
