I am aware of two designs of engine cover used on the M271 engines used in some C, E, CLK and SLK models. I wondered are there any more. If you have either of these can you say which engine size and car they are on and if you have a different one then please post a photo.

Mine is similar to photo on left (C230k).
Photo on the right appears to be a right-hand-drive C-Class. I don't think it is a US specification model. Maybe a C180k or C200k?
