Manual Buyer Beware
People should be very leary of buying anything from "www.mercedesmanuals.com" website. They are also related to the manualsunimited website.
I purchased a manual on CD. It did not ship when they said it shipped, shipped 12 days later. They provide you with a numer to supposedly track your package with USPS, but do not pay for the fee.
When you try to do a return within the 30 day period, they do not return your emails, 5 so far and counting. Their website does not spell out the return policy. They tell you to read terms and conditions but it mentions no such policy. Their "How do I contact you?", is actually linked to the about us page and provides no specifics.
I honestly cannot recommend this company. I am contacting the credit card company today.
