Looks like I'm closing up shop..
Not going so well. I've had a very bad, last few months, and it looks as though the time has come, to throw in the towel. I'm fresh out of money, and resources, to invest into this business. It really hurts, with so much time and money invested into it, and the accumulated bills. A few thousand bucks, is all I need to get myself out of this jam I'm in, but I cannot find it anywhere. If I close it up now, and borrow a few grand from the bank or something, I can get myself off the hook financially, on a personal level, but the business has no chance, no matter what I do, so I need to close up reguardless.
I've been in the trucking, and transportation business, for 11 years, and had a great thing, until about September of 06 when stuff started to go arye.
I still, have my other business, and still will be able to make a recovery, but that is sort of seasonal, and it will be a long time, 'til I can make a full recovery. Anyone wanna buy 15 Freightliner, tractors, and 20, 53 foot dry-van trailers? What money I recover from their sale will pay off most, or all of the remainder of what I owe, to banks etc. I've just had enough, and the stress of it all, has beaten me, in sort of a physical way, as well as financially, and emotionally. I'm very run down, and falling into a depression, with the stresses of it all, and cannot give it anymore than I already have.

PM me, one of my best friends is a commercial vehicle dealer here on the west coast. Give me your info and I'll have him call you. He's a ood guy and if he's not interested he'll know people who are. Good luck.
And stop sounding so damned depressed. you gotta roll with the punches.
All I can say is keep your head up. Trust me I have been having my A$$ handed to me for almost 6 months now. I have been hanging in there though. My brother in law is a truck driver for a company out of Illinois and it has been hit or miss for a while.
Wishing you all the best
REMEBER!!
NOW is the time to build something better, bigger something you'd be proud of (I do realise I'm talking about a business)
Something breaks make it better!!
Wishing You All The Best
