Loaner cars and paid rental

Hi
My mom is gonna get a new C320 4matics soon...we wanted to buy it at the closest dealer to her (2 miles), but if another dealer gives us a better price and we buy somewhere else...does she still get the loaner cars when she brings the car in for service?

I mean if the car breaks down and a warranty related service...any dealership service department damn better gives her a free loaner. But what if it is for a simple oil change and maintaince? Does she get loaners as well?

Thanks

if the car breaks, any dealer will fix it, but not all dealers offer loaners if you didn't buy the car through them. Check with the dealer you will be using for service, before you buy.

GLB 250 4matic
check w/ their service dept. normally, though, my dealer has a limited fleet (which is pretty large) and if you need a car, you just need to schedule it so they have a car available. even for little things, if i don't want to wait, they'll give me a loaner.

they said they'll pick up the car/drop off the loaner too but i've never used that service.

(another dealer uses enterprise rental cars)

I know this is a bit off topic, but our Jaguar dealer will actually send you a stretch limo back and forth to the nearest mall while your car is being fixed....they have much better service then any Mercedes Dealer I have ever been too.

I was impressed that my dealer switched from Enterprise clunkers to MLs and C's (brandy spankin new)...until I noticed the labor rates went up to $97/hr. And the oil change price went from $75 to $150 (!), among other things.

Ray Catena gives out c-classes, but if you have GEICO insurance (i.e., a New York resident) they give you an Enterprise Saturn clunker...makes a very nice golf cart.

I like that Jaguar stretch limo perk tho.

Do you get the limo from the Jaguar dealer even if you have a Ford, erm, Jaguar X-type?
