I have searched around with no clear answer.

What is going to handle better a 2003 CL55 or 2004 E55.

I guess the CL55 weighs more, but still may handle better....?

Also, how much slower is the CL55 compared to the E55?

 

E55 is lighter and has a tighter suspension setup. It's the "sportier" car of the two, as the CL55 is more of a luxurious cruiser with some highway firepower.
