where not to buy parts for your mercedes

Drive Wire.
Recently I decided it was time to get my first modification on my benz. Browse the forums, figure out what I want, find the best price online.
Found drive wire. Around $50 cheaper than anywhere else for my springs and shocks, and they offered free shipping to my door. Anxiously awaiting the arrival of my new setup, one shock arrives. 3 days later the spring kit arrives. I wait a few more days... nothing. No call, no e-mail... just 1 out of 4 shocks, and a spring kit. I decide to email them, politely asking why the rest of my order has not arrived yet.

I get this:
[Hi $$$$$$,
As stated on your order the Bilstein Shocks part # B52 BE32599 are a special order item and non-refundable. We have tried contacting you to get approval for the $24.99 special order fee and make sure that you were able to wait an additional 2 weeks for delivery. If you would like us to still special order your shocks I can do so today.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
Alison
Customer Care]

My receipt says "special order item" with a significantly higher price for the front shocks than the rear. Once again, I haven't received any e-mails (even checked spam box), no missed calls, no voice mails. I check my bank account statement to check on my money. They had refunded the amount of the front shocks... keep in mind I have only received one rear shock, and have still been billed for the other.

Reasonably upset I respond with something like this:
[If you have been trying to contact me, why haven't you tried my e-mail address? Furthermore, you have had my correct phone number and I have had zero missed calls and absolutely no voice mails... I don't like being deceived and I don't appreciate your way of doing business... Either I get all of my parts under the agreed price which I payed on February 29th, 2 weeks ago, or you pay for return shipping on the one shock and set of springs I have received, and fully refund my complete order. I look forward to hearing back from you promptly...]

It's now been over a week and still no word from them at all. A company that treats customers like this deserves to be exposed on the forums, where people who buy these parts go to discuss them.

Drive Wire if you happen to check forums, I hope you know that this isn't the last you've heard of me.
