CPO warranty?

CPO warranty?
Will benz recertify and warranty a car that has already been certified before and the time period on from the original certify is up?

hm im not sure if i understand your question, but i've heard you cannot get a certified mercedes warranty unless a) the car is not out of warranty yet and b) you buy the car from a mercedes benz dealer, as opposed to a private party or a general used auto dealer. this is what i heard when i bought my clk a month ago with 3 months left on the factory warranty. hope it helps.

CPO comments
Yes it is possible and happened to my car. I am the 3rd owner; the 1st owner traded the car and that dealer certified it at about 50,000 miles. The 2nd owner's wife did not like it so he traded it for a Jaguar at my dealer with 53,000. My dealer also certified it and I then bought it.
As I understand it, if a dealer gets a car that qualifies (condition, less than 7 years in service, less than 75,000 miles) it can be certified. As of right now, if you own a CPO, you can extend the coverage anytime during the original CPO period but that coverage period cannot exceed 7 years in service and 100,000 miles.
That last part changed recently. When I bought my CPO 2 years ago the option to extend the basic 12 months/100,000 miles was only available the same day you bought the car (by 12 month increments) but the 7 years and 100,000 mile maximums were the same.
