how do european mount their license plates?
To our European friends:
I was just curious about how your license plates get mounted on the car. From see all the pics in car magazines and internet, I notice that there are no screw holes in those license plates. Are they magnetic, snap-on or velcro? Thanks

see GoMiniGo.com for one option.
some Euro front license plates are stickers.
Most you don't see the screw holes because the plate holders use a folding snap system. So the screws are on the holder not the plate. The plate sits inside the holder when you snap the folding mechanism on the holder shut.
