For this and others, note that the build date is in the European format: day/month/year like in this case 03 12 2007 means December 3rd, 2007. The Euro EPC works this way but if I remember right, TIPS gives the build date in the US date format, quite confusing (unless the day is 13 or above).

I have not visited the site you refer above but even that one did not seem to know this car in question. Then again, a build date 2010 car is known by EPC very well, as you seem to say too.

Then if EPC does not recognise the car, there are other MB services that provide more up-to-date data.

http://carinfo.kiev.ua use one of the latest versions of Daimler EPC - DW 06/2013 Delta 3. And what version are you using?
In EPC's database datacards appears only after sales reports from dealers - it's takes often 1...2 months, but some cars (especially from CIS) may be late up to 6...8 months... And the most expensive and the cheapest versions of cars often lingers in showrooms. So this car may be was sold only in 2011 or 2012 year.

I'm using 07/2013 Delta1 (on-line EPC from Daimler).

Anyway, very good if someone has an 06/2013 database shared, the Russian sites that provide free access seem to have data up to about 97/2008 if I remember right.

PS. if EPC does not have a fresh car, use TIPS and you should find the car if it has left the factory.

I'm in the process of buying a 2009 C300 from a friend and found out somebody did some modifications in the headlamps while installing an HID system (burning some cables and fixing them carelessly) who knows what else is not original to the car...
