So you are proposing to use google translate to obtain VIN decoder data in English? Google does not translate the text exactly to match EPC in English, would you have any opportunity to set up access to your database using English language settings? This would be quite nice because your database is much more up-to-date when compared to other well known free sites.

What sort of help would you need to be used along with DAS? I understand that you've got a Star computer, you would then have EPC on the computer too and you can decode the VIN with your new tool!

If you cannot master EPC yet, you can try the Russian site for your VIN:

If you cannot make either one work, I would stay away from DAS until you learn one of the two above.
