I thought there was a requirement that substantial body repairs must be disclosed on certified vehicles before being sold, and there are specific criteria for vehicles to qualify to be certified other than simply age and mileage. Can anyone help me locate details on either of these items? I only find general inspection points on the mbusa site. Thanks!

Depends, I think on the state you are resided in. In Wi, I believe if the damage is more then 1K it needs to be disclosed. Talk to an attorney and find out. .
