Anyone works in MB?! Need email (help!)
I have a 2002 C200K coupe. As you probably know when I open the sunroof a very annoying sound comes out.
I’ve heard that MB is already fixing this problem for free. They just attach some small part to the top of the car.
Also I’ve seen here some pics of some plastic part MB dealers are now giving for the seatbelts.
I went to the dealer in my country today. They never heard of those things. And they wont ask about them.
I lied at them and said that I emailed MB and MB said that the dealer should get them for me.
So… anyone here really working in MB and know what I’m talking about? Can you please send me email telling me where can I get those parts (from my dealer in Kuwait) and saying that they should provide them for me or something?
They are free right? you should mention that… right? and ur name and contact number so I can tell them there are parts that I should get.
