Hey everyone,
I just got a sinister crack in my CL's windshield. I called my insurance company and they told me to talk to SafeLite Glass. They're the ones to replace it. However, they ordered the actual windshield from Germany because they don't carry it. Anyway, any precautions I should worry about? The rep told me that he has a specialist who works on European cars because of the sound, uv, and other features.

Windshield Replacement
I have a '05 E500 4Matic and had to replace my windshield owing to a small stone from a truck. I went to a local company Granite State Glass Co. in Nashua, NH. My insurance took care of the bill less the $200 deductable. The cost for the windshield was $950. The did a beautiful job. It was a same day repair. Thehigh cost can be attributed to the sensors in the galss for automatic wiper action.
