Western General Extended Warranty
I recently asked my dealer if my extended warranty is valid, since I needed some repairs. He said in general my extended warranty does not apply at their dealership, but said that the company where I bought my warranty from may reimburse me for the parts but not labor. I was very surprised to hear this.
I called up Western General and they said that the dealer should honor my warranty. If not, they said Western General will reimburse me for both parts and labor provided I have documentation.
Does any one have experience with something like this and do you know if I will be fully reimbursed for parts and labor. I just want to make sure from different sources and don't want to be surprised with a big fat repair bill.
Thanks in advance.

They want you to pay for it FIRST, then you have to send them
your receipts before they reimburse you.....
I don't like that, if they are going to reimburse you why the hell
don't they just pay the repair directly instead of the excess paperwork.
I smell something funny. Since you already paid for the repairs, YOU
are already out of the $ and they basically have you by the *****...
first you paid them the premium for the warranty and then you have to
shell out money first!!!! What kind of crap is that?!!!!
I hate to be a pessimist...I'm just being a pragmatic and when it comes
to $, I hesitate to trust.
Good luck though!!!
