Rustproofing
Hey everyone,
I was curious as to whether or not it's too late to have my 2002 CL600 rustproofed? For that matter, does it even need to be rustproofed? I suspect that the manufacturing of CL-Class cars uses high-grade metal components. Also, I live in mild part of the country (Arkansas) and I don't live near any major body of water. Are these sufficient enough? I figured I might as well address the issue now, if need be, rather than waiting till it's too late. Prevention is always better than the cure. Thanks for your time.

rustproofing mean the process of applying rust inhibiting chemicals, waxes or sealers to the underside. not to be confused with undercoating which treats only the underside of the vehicle.
