Trying to Register at Benzworld

I hope that I am not crossing any lines here. After all, all of these forums offer great information. My problem is that I cannot answer the security question correctly. I get the following error message:
The string you entered for the image verification did not match what was displayed.

The security states:
Please enter only the capital letters in the phase:
bENz PErfoRManCE
I am entering the following:
EN PERMCE
What am I doing wrong?

Thank you,
Mike T.

Then email them. Why would we know why they don't want you.

P.S.

We actually do know but are not telling you.

It is pretty bad when they ask you to type in a similar string of characters just to be able to contact the forum administrator. So, I can't even do that!

How about trying:
ENPERMCE
Instead of:
EN PERMCE

Tried that and every other combination and still get the following:
The string you entered for the image verification did not match what was displayed.
I have NEVER experienced anything like this. I even tried leaving blank spaces where the lower case letters are.

Finally, I got it! There was a box above the image verification that I had to enter the phase. I thought that it was some kind of ad.

2000 W210,Silver on black, slightly lowered,82k miles,simple and clean.
^^^i just went through the same thing a few days ago tryin to register over there...I made my introduction like they asked of me and searched for a couple hours to answer a question i had about finding a collision repair shop. I found no answer so i asked my question in an existing thread about repair shops in the general discussion... was met with a smug responce from a mod when he couldv'e easily offered some advice to be helpfull instead
Think i might just delete my acount on Benzworld as it seems the elite ride some tall horses over there. And even though i haven't made many posts here on MBWORLD at all yet, i have already picked up on a much more friendly/helpfull vibe
