Car has been in the dealer's shop for two weeks now

Dealer has had my 2010 C300 for 2 weeks now and they are still trying to iron out the reason why my car won't start. At first the car's electronics would die while driving, then it just wouldn't start at all. Had it towed to the closest dealer. Will MB finance waive one of my lease payments since the car has been gone for almost the entire month? Anyone work a deal like this before? Normally I wouldn't care but the service advisor is giving horrible customer service and never calls me back when he sayes he will, I have to bug him to get info and updates.

Thanks for any advice!

Call the MBUSA zone rep. The rep should be able to help resolve it better than you can yoruself, when dealing with an unresponsive service manager.

Don't talk to MBUSA, talk to the Service Manager or the Owner of this Dealership at first.
They should be able to train his Personal...
And you get a solution right now. MBUSA (as same as Daimler AG here) has to investigate this "Problem"... that can take a loooong time...

I hope you got a rental car from this Dealership. I'm not familiar with your warranty terms, but in Germany we have different ways to solve this kind of Problems...

Generally, the zone rep will be by within a day or two. If the dealer is not responding, you have to notch it up one.

You want to exercise your intent to have them purchase the car back under the Lemon law.Check your state to see if leased cars are covered.
2 weeks? they are lost and clueless and you don't want the issues that plague what should be a very bullet proof platform with very easy to diagnose systems.
Add up how much it has been in the shop for the problems and how many times.

This will put a fire under the Sa's ***. And I mean Fire..............

Don't mess around these issues are getting logged and affect future value on the open market which can haunt you at the end of lease.

Sure, if the dealer not responding or anything go to the zone rep...
