I wanted to get some oil for my baby Benzes so I went to Advance Auto Parts. They had 0w-40 Mobil 1 but over the price ($8/qt.), they had a sale notice that if I bought 5 quarts of any Mobil 1 Synthetic oil and a Mobil 1 filter (for less than $14), it would cost me $32.99! There was no Mobil 1 filter for my C230s so the counter guy said I could substitute another brand, but they didn't have any filters for my cars - well, my Benzes anyway. I asked the counter guy if I could substitute an oil filter for an air filter but he couldn't go that far. They did have filters for my Chevy Malibu (oh, the ignominy!), so I bought 25 quarts and 5 filters for my Malibu. If I threw the filters away, it was still cheaper than paying the regular $8/qt. price!

The same deal is listed on their website so I'm sure it's at least at any Advance Auto store if not other stores.
