New to mercedes and and YOUR input and helping picking up my next CAR!
Background info on me:
age early : 30"s
occupation : tattoo shop owner
current cars i own: Bmw 330ci zhp package 2 door coupe ( pics are here)
cadillac escalade ext on 24" inch rims
nissan maxima is everyday use car.
Im looking to get into a mercedes this time around instead of my usual BMW choice.
Im going to modify the benz in time so that will play a role on wich model i buy.
Im cureently really interested in these models mercdes
sl55 amg coupe
cls500 4 door sedan
i know that its night and day differance with these two cars, after what i saw D2 auto do to that cls500 im willing to play with a sedan.
wich one of these cars has more " sucsess appeal" ....i dont want to be confused with the guys around town driving thier moms or dads benz thinking they are gods of the streets.
My car buy budget is 40k bought outright with 15k to play with for TASTEFULL mods.
Im not preppy looking or wear suits, i do however wear raulph laren polos and my arm tattoo are clearly visible ( not trying to hide )
I want a car that represents sucsess despite of having alot of visibale tattoo's.

lol, at one time all i craved and bought was BMws... i want to go different route this time, have been really sucsessfull last couple years and im starting to lean over to mercedes toys..
the e-class amg are stunning, i love them
but alot of "kids" drive them around here, i like to set myself apart.
i really really like D2autosport cls500 project with wald kit
im going to either sell the bmw i have now ( listed in classifieds here ) or just let my Gf drive it.
the E class will consider if i can modifiy it to look not average

Drive like a mature adult & it says alot about you.
& I have seen some that with some carbon fiber add ons & nice wheels whether AMG or not, look stunning.

This is kind of something that IMO would look nice. Except with CF trim. Not to mention a CF spoiler instead of the white one.

thats why i was leaning to an sl55 and just add wheels, i like the factory amg kit look over the gaudy aftermarket ones.
the e55 amg i need more convincing

I love the trim but dont know if its a car for me?
i have an escalade ext, bmw 330ci ...i want to step it up to the next level with this next one bro
sl55 may be the one
around here most of the greek kids get these cars as gifts lol, nothing against em bcuz a few good buddies of mine are malacas
sl55 lowered on custom wheels until im convinced of something better for me
the hunt continues
