how to use EPC net??

I am a member and have no idea how to use the EPC site, does anyone here have any idea how to use the site. Is there a users guide?...
If i have a part (especially rare parts, 111, 113, 108, 109) I want to be able to plug in the part number and have information on the part come up like (chassis #, year, compatibilities etc...) I am aware of other sites like worldmpex/imcparts to search for more information on more common parts (from cars such as 123, 126, 107...etc)
Basically I want to find a site that i can search rare parts or parts that are no longer made by part number/chassis # etc..
PLEASE HELP ME!

EPC is sort of anarchic, in that you need to input a VIN to get part numbers. PM me and I'll try to help you.
