fake AMG question

fake AMG question
I bought my car with a AMG badge on the deck lid,I want to take it off but its 2001,and I'm concerned about paint fade.I don't want "AMG ghost emblem" on my car.Also it says CLK 240 on the back.My car is w203 four door,so that is wrong also,right?

clk doesn't come in 4door richard, to my knowledge as for amg's, it's either 55, 63 or 65 amg. i beleive you have a c 240, not clk 240. hope that helps. as for the ghost emblem if there is one after taking out the sign, any bodyshop would be able to fine sand that area and buff it back to original with no ghost sign.

Remove the emblem.
Try polishing/ sanding.
If a fail...place another/ correct emblem over any ghost. Maybe even a decal you like.
Not sure what model car you actually have, yet I believe all CLK models are 2 doors too.

lol, i'm sure not all amg owners are the same. i'm an amg owner but seriously i don't care who wants to put what on their car. if it's yours do what makes you happy, end of story. "to each is his own."

Yeah,your right.I know people with different dispositions can still have a common interest.I go on lots of runs and have seen some Harley riders that are complete dicks!! Not unlike some AMG owners.I should not group all AMG owners together.
