Headlight questions
Hey all.
My boss purchased a 2010 S350 (diesel) with pretty much every option there is. The thing came in at like 107k.
Since I drive him in it most of the time (he's going blind) I noticed that the inner lights (the ones closer to the grill if you're facing the car) never come on.
The outer lights turn on on low and high beam but the inner ones never do.

Drive up to where you can see reflection in window and operate the headlight flashers, i.e. pull back on turn signal control. HID lights are not suitable as flashers due to the warmup time.

Thanks, I figured it out. They come on when the infrared night vision is activated and the vehicle is in motion. If the infrared screen is on and the vehicle comes to a stop they turn off but as soon as the car gets moving again.
