We love our 2012 GLK (USA model) but learning now to use COMMAND, and particularly the "Voice Control" systems has been difficult. It's even more challenging when an iPhone (Blue-Tooth) and/or iPod is plugged in. I've searched the NET an found little help. Any ideas on where to find expert advice and documents would be appreciated.
