Warranty question
Hey all,
I have a question on the start time of my warranty. I paid for my C43 in Feb of 00, but it was purchased through a broker that shipped it out here. As a result, I didn't receive it for a MONTH (the lying !#$%@*!! said it would be a week). So I am guessing that my warranty will run out next Feb, even thought I did not recieve the car until March? My service writer recommended that I call MBNA, but just wondering if any of you have thoughts on this.

Warranty starts on the date of Purchase.....
When the paper work was done...
But Please Note Every day YOUR car is in the shop under warranty the total days are ADDED to the Warranty
So IF The car was In The Shop for 45 days under the MB warranty the car is Covered for 45 days Past the Warranty
Learned that from a lemon law case
