New 2014 E350 Sport Issues

I recently picked up a new 2014 E350, beautiful car, but I made the mistake of not test driving the vehicle before closing the deal (I went in to purchase a certified vehicle initially)....

Drove off as the dealer was closing, and immediately noticed a rear end shaking, and the transmission was not shifting smoothly. Add to that that the accent light on the glove box was loose, and the premium leather seat felt like the lumbar would not fully deflate.

Brought it in for service, they identified the shaking, but they said the seat and transmission was normal. They say that the transmission "learns" the driver, but even so, my company car is less than a third of the price, and shifts better than the benz. After getting the car from Service, the shaking is still there, the transmission is still abrupt, and the seat is uncomfortable.

Has their quality suffered, or did I just get a lemon?
