Longer waits for an appointment at the Mercedes-Benz service center.
It is at least a month for an appointment at the MB Manhattan.

eddie,
i don't live in a large metropolitan area. when ever my cars
need service i can usually get the car right in...at least within
a week. do you think it's because of the size of the dealer and the amount of cars they have to service...or is the dealer just a
schmuck?

If its the size of the dealer, then NYC has too small dealers for a city of 8 million.
Helms Brothers will be expanding their service department next year (When VW moves to another location). This will add to their service department.
MB Manhattan: They have an expanded and it seems that they are way too crowded.
Any other NYCers know about Star Motors in Queens, or Rallye, or Sovereign??
