MBUSA has changed their policy for Roadside Assistance. Effective Jan 01, 2014, it will be provided at no cost ONLY if the vehicle is covered by an MB original or extended warranty. Otherwise you will have to pay for the service. I was told it is $71 for jump start or tire change for example. Towing will be at no charge IF vehicle is taken to an MB dealership.
This is a change from their previous policy. If you have questions, need to call MBUSA Customer Care center. In the past they sent out letters when they changed policies, but apparently not doing that this time.
