Mercedes Developing AMG Sport Lineup
Dubbed the AMG Sport range, the new lineup of cars is set to take aim at BMW’s M Performance and Audi’s S Line cars.

Good move Mercedes. Most enthusiasts (like me) don't have the wallet for the full AMG... but still appreciate a good looking ride, nice rims, styling, and some sportier feel. BMW and Audi have a lot of success with there similar packages, and it only makes sense for Mercedes to follow.
AMG owners may not agree, but it's nice to be able to get a few cool AMG add-ons for a little more money... without going full AMG.
