Buying a Mercedes benz 300TD 1987 230K need info on these cars
I found by placing an add in my local paper a Mercedes benz 300TD 87 with about 230K us miles
it has been maintained properly buy professional Mercedes dealers all of it's life and has had tree owners.
recently the owner now put about $2500 into it for a new fuel injection system, dash parts, tiers and battery.
under the hood these newly added parts are very visible. he wants about 4,800 for it now but I am going to talk him down. it has passed inspections and if in good shape now for the road.
I would like to know what people think of these cars, and if I my get lots more miles out of it before it dies. I understand. would like customer feedback on this model car. are these cars expensive to maintain?
also does anyone out there know about running diesel cars on Bio diesel?
