Warning about MB salvage parts site

Was searching around on the web for salvage yards that carry late-model Mercedes parts. Came across autoparts4mercedes.com.

The site will make you drill through a buncha pages to select the type of part you're interested in. Then you gotta drill through a bunch more pages to request pricing/availability on that part, including providing some personal information.

**THEN** the site wants $5.95 for the pleasure of submitting your parts request. No refund if a part isn't found, but you can supposedly take the $6 off a parts purchase.

This charge is not listed on their home page, and it isn't listed on an information page about ordering salvage parts from them.

Another big red flag is that the site doesn't list a physical address for their business. If you had a problem, you couldn't file with the BBB because you don't know the business address.

The bottom line is this site's policies are not exactly consumer friendly. Look elsewhere for your MB parts.
