C63 Warranty Issues
So a little background info. I own a 2012 C63 it has 28,000km. I purchased the vehicle in October of 2014 and at that time it had only 4,000km. I am the second owner. My warranty EXPIRED Oct 8/2015 and on Oct 10/2015 my check engine light came on and started flashing. I got it put on a diagnostic right away and it was determined that it was an engine misfire (not diagnosed at a Mercedes). Mercedes-Benz Langley is telling me that they will not cover my warranty because it was expired by 2 days and that there is nothing they can do to help me. I would appreciate any suggestions because I have heard of good will warranty before but they are saying they can't do that either.
Some keys points: the car was originally purchased oct8/2011. It was serviced at 1400km in October/2012. I have not been able to find a service record for 2013. May/2014 it was serviced at 3500km. I purchased the vehicle October/2014 and had it serviced in May/2015 at 15000km. Warranty expired Oct8/2015. Issue happened Oct10/2015. The closest appt to get it checked by Mercedes is for this Monday. Mercedes is saying because there was no service in 2013 they can't honour the warranty.
Any suggestions on how to get them to honour my warranty would be greatly appreciated.
