Hi folks,

I have a 2013 W212 E550 Couple.

In the center console, before the armrest, next to the silver Command knob --- There are two Favorite buttons (each looks like a 'star' logo) that owner can assign the functions (e.g. activate the Surround View camera.)

When I picked up my car new at the dealer in 2013, my Mercedes salesperson helped me set these two buttons to Surround View and Navigate Home functions. I liked these Favorite buttons, and used them almost everyday.

Today, when I pressed the Favorite buttons, they didn't work.

Per the Owner's Manual, I tried to go into the Command-System-Settings menu to reassign these two Favorite buttons, but I couldn't find the 'Assign As Favorite' submenu on the screen.

Does any of you gurus know if something is wrong, or the 'Assign As Favorite' function is hidden somewhere else?
