Old and Forgotten Mercedes 407D Van Fires Up After 12 Years
It would look perfectly at home abandoned in Chernobyl, or even in a Twisted Metal video game, but this stoic Mercedes 407D van is about to be fired up after sitting for more than a decade.

Bless these Mercedes commercials ,they dont know when to die.
My T1 308d left in France for 8 years needed a battery and fired up after just two glow plug cycles and a long churn! It only had 427,000 miles on the clock.
The piles of rust left on the ground when it moved away marked where it had sat.
Ran to Scotland 600miles without a hiccup with a revolving office chair as a passenger seat .
Van was later driven abroad and is bussing locals about in Africa somewhere.
